Should video games be treated as a form of expression?

Should video games be treated as a form of expression like books and music? On the next Your Call, we'll have a conversation about video games and free speech. The Supreme Court recently struck down a California law that banned the sale of violent video games. Video game advocates celebrated the ruling saying there's more to games than violence.
