What is the current state of Iraqi government? On the next Your Call, we’ll discuss the internal political situation in Iraq. Earlier this week, a suicide bomber walked into a school in downtown Baquba, wounding 20 students and teachers. As the United State is claiming victory with its so-called surge, Iraq is marred with daily violence. What has changed in Iraq?
