On the next Your Call, we'll discuss the November 15 strike at California colleges and universities in response to deep cuts and tuition hikes. Since 2008, there's been a 200 percent increase in tuition at state schools. California students say they plan to occupy dozens of campuses in the coming days. What are the most effective strategies?
