To blame 'capitalism' for the financial situation of the world is like asking, after a child is neglected or battered by their parent, "Can parenting redeem itself".
ReplyDeleteWith capitalism, you cant throw the baby out with the bath-water. Because parts of the financial system, withint the capitalist system were rotten and because regulation failed to spot it and control it, does not give credence to any arguement to disband the whole capitalist structure. If that were a viable arguement, after Gary Glitter was found guilty of numerous paedophilia charges, the music industry as a whole should have been dismantled...
